Well-made vest for a variety of usages

I am not a fisherman. I use this vest for walks with my dogs. The multiple pockets are marvelous for all the odds and ends you need when going through the park with a pair of active dogs.
I can imagine using the vest for fishing as the mess back makes it great to wear in summer so it would be great around the water.
Best comment was I got stopped by a gentleman when coming out of a store who apologized for stopping me. He wanted to know if I really liked the vest (I said yes) and where to get one.
Have had the vest for over a year and the zippers all are performing well.

I HAVE A VESTED INTEREST!

I got this so when I fished ponds and small rivers I would not have to carry my tackle box. I have room to place small boxes on the vest. I thought it was going to be hot. Surprised it was not. a mesh liner helps with air circulation. With adjustable straps I adjusted for a loose fit. I am extremely happy with this vest. Now being free of lugging a tackle box, I can fish around a pond and not have to go back to a box to change lures. Got em on me!! Great Value!!

Well Built

You know it's really nice when you check something out online and it lives up to your expectations. This is the case with this vest. Yes it was designed for fishing, and I will use mine for fly fishing, but you could use this for many outdoor activities in addition to all types of fishing like day hiking, when you don't want to use a backpack, or for photography. The build quality is very good and when properly balanced should make wearing it very comfortable. We are still dealing with snow so I will hold my review at 4 stars until I have a chance to test it.

Well designed product- very happy with fit and maneuverability

The mesh back and open design feel much less restrictive than traditional fly vests. At 6'2"/275#, I fit well and there is still a lot of adjustment room for cold weather layers. I like the front pocket configuration. Con: the rear pouch sits higher on my back than other vests so it is a bit hard to reach while wearing. It's a small price to pay for better maneuverability and comfort. The attractive design will only lure fish. My modeling of the vest (in pants) brought on heavy sighs of genuine disinterest from the females of my house.
