Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to total customer satisfaction. That's why we give you up to a full year to return items that are in new, unworn condition with tags attached, or 30 days on used items. Additionally, we never charge a restocking fee on retail orders.

*If an order is shipped and then requested for cancelation, you will have to follow the return steps listed on this page to get a refund*

** Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs except on those order where products were defective or the incorrect item was shipped **

Need to make a return?

  1. Simply contact us and we'll get your RMA # for your return.
  2. Drop your package off at any UPS location or drop box. Find the UPS Service Center near you at https://www.ups.com/dropoff

Once we receive and process your return, we will refund your order and notify you via email. Processing time typically takes 1-2 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: All clearance sales are final. We cannot accept returns on clearance, special order or customized items. We do not refund original shipping costs on returned orders.  Requests for refunds on orders just shipped out will not be given, you will have to request an RMA# and have the items sent back to us for a refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus shipping (as we cover shipping costs to you). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Embroidered Items

Items that have been customized are not eligible for return. All embroidery is sewn exactly as requested when the order is placed.

Return Packaging

If your return item includes a shoe box, please do not use that box as the shipping packaging. In order to resell it, we need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Defective Items

For returns due to product defects, we ask that you include either a video or a picture (depending on the product type) displaying the issue. This will help us quickly deal with your order and return options.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? Simply return your original item(s), and place a new order. We will ship your new order immediately, reducing wait time for replacement items. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue an immediate credit.

*All returns will be refunded minus our shipping cost to get the product to you.  This will range from $4.23 up to $30 depending on the product size and weight.  You will be told the amount for shipping not being included when being refunded*
